1. Copyright
1.1 The contents of Find It Communities online directories (also know as "The Service") are intended for the personal, non-commercial use of its active community users (also known as "User(s)"). All materials published on the Find It Communities online directories (including, but not limited to business listings, business profiles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, also known as "The Content") are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by Glacier Media Group, or the party credited as the provider of the content, software, or other materials. Users shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any content accessed through the service.
1.2 The Service is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to Canadian copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws. Online Users may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the content, software, materials, or service in whole or in part.
1.3 A User may download or copy the content and other downloadable items displayed on this Service for personal use only, provided that User maintains all copyright and other notices contained in such content. Users shall not store any significant portion of any content owned by, or licensed to Glacier Media Group, in any form. Copying or storing of any content for other than personal, non-commercial use is expressly prohibited without the prior written permission from Glacier Media Group, or the copyright holder identified in the individual content's copyright notice. Glacier Media Group will not be held liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions therefrom or in the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof or for any damages arising from any of the foregoing.
2. Warranty
2.1 Glacier Media Group and its employees, directors and agents (hereinafter "Glacier") stipulate as a condition of use and supply of the Service and all downloadable software that, in respect of any single transaction or multiple transactions Glacier is liable for damages only up to the amount of money or money's worth paid by the claimant in the transaction or transactions, which payment was to Glacier, and in no event shall Glacier collectively or individually be liable for any greater sum than the total sum received by Glacier in respect of transactions causing the loss, whether the loss arises from negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty.
3. Subscriber Services
3.1 A subscriber may not (i) select or use a subscriber ID of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a name subject to the rights of any person other than subscriber without authorization.
3.2 A subscriber shall notify info@finditcommunity.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of their account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of a subscriber ID or password.
3.3 A subscriber shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their subscriber ID number.
3.4 A subscriber may share their Find It Community ID and password with a maximum of 10 other individuals within a single company or organization. All authorized third party users must work and/or reside at the address specified on the subscriber's Find It Community mailing label.
3.5 Each subscriber is responsible for all usage or activity on their Find It Community account, including use of the account by any third party authorized to use a subscriber's Find It Community ID and password. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of Subscriber's account, at Glacier's sole discretion.
4. Subscriber E-mail
4.1 Glacier reserves the right to send electronic mail to any and all subscribers, to for the purpose of informing them of changes or additions to the Service, or of any Find It Community related products and services.
5. Software Licenses
5.1 Glacier may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend a subscriber's access to all or part of the service for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these terms.
